This past weekend, while showering water from our HVAC united began to poor through the smoke detectors. Dolan Design, was able to be out within 45 minutes, provided a great temporary fix while they waited on the part. By Monday morning at 9am they had replaced the part and our AC unit has never worked better. The customer service and knowledge was incredible. Ofcourse during the hottest day of the year my HVAC stops working ! Not only were they able to come assess the situation within 1 hour of me calling but the owner was super nice and professional! He let us know it’s the reverse valve and that it won’t be an easy fix. He suggested that we get a new system as our warranty has been out and if we wanted AC ASAP that would be the best way, (there was NO way i could go through another 98 degree day). Him and his team was able to come next day to install it for us! It was amazing as it was soo hot that day but their team were able to get it done in record time. They are truly a life saver and i suggest you go to them for all your HVAC needs . I know he will be our go to guy now! Once again thanks so much for all you and your team did for us!
